Advanced Technologies Consultants is currently recruiting for a Representative in Pittsburgh, PA.  Representatives provide technical marketing, planning, design and implementation of vocational / technical training equipment and curriculum programs and systems.

This position has responsibility for the sale of vocational / technical products such as Automation / Robotics, CAD/CAM, Electricity / Electronics, Hydraulics / Pneumatics, Information Technology, Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation, and Technology Education.  This is a field-based marketing position, calling on local middle & high schools as well as industrial accounts, to drive profitable technical sales business within the assigned geographical territory.

Candidates should have the knowledge, skills and/or ability to:

•  Collaborate and cooperate in groups and teams to achieve shared success and maximize the ability of the team to perform
• Take personal ownership of job responsibilities, projects and goals.
• Use good judgment, knowledge and logic when analyzing information to make sound and timely decisions.
• Clearly express thoughts and information to prospects and co-workers.
• Work to understand self and others; soliciting and using input from others whose background and experience may be of assistance.
• Be self-motivated and work independently; demonstrating ambition and a strong drive for success.

Education may include:

• Technical Degree and/or Certification from Technical College, School or Community College
• Bachelor Degree, preferably technical or business-related
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
